"From the moment I contacted Northern Home Seal & Products to do my insulation in my new home that I was constructing I felt confident I called the right company. They took the time to
review my plans with me and not only knew exactly what I needed, but also suggested things that I never thought about.
From what products to put in to what walls on the interior that I should insulate to receive sound protection, Northern Home Seal & Products was thinking about us as customers first.
The crews were on time and very pleasant. When they were done, the house was left in immaculate shape.
I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Northern Home Seal & Products to anyone looking for an insulation company."

OWENS CORNING L77
Owens Corning developed a new fiber which when blown creates a effectively distributed network of thermal reservoirs to resist heat transfer. This High Performance Fiberizing Technology produces a fiber construction that achieves a higher thermal performance in blown applications.
Owens Corning Fiberglass Batts
Owens Corning® PINK Next GenTM FiberglasTM insulation is a preformed, flexible blanket insulation. It is produced in R-values from 11 to 49, with thicknesses ranging from 3½ inches to 14 inches. It is available unfaced, or faced with either a Kraft or foil vapor retarder.
THERMAX
Thermax Sheathing polyisocyanurate insulation is a non-structural, rigid board insulation consisting of a glass fiber reinforces polyisocyanurate foam core laminated between aluminum foil facers. We install Thermax Sheathing in a range of applications including new frame wall construction behind masonry, siding, exterior stucco or other compatible finishes. Thermax Sheathing can be installed exposed to the interior without a thermal barrier in may applications.
Because of it's improved fire performance, Thermax Sheathing is especially appropriate for hourly rated assemblies. Thermax insulation's are created by an exclusive free rise manufacturing process, which produces a closed-cell that is specially formulated for improved fire performance. The combination of the closed-cell foam core and aluminum facers produces boards that deliver high R-value plus excellent dimensional stability and moisture resistance. Used with appropriate joint closure system for the application, Thermax Sheathing with its low perm rating helps to prevent moisture condensation within and behind the insulation.
All Dow polyisocyanurate insulation's are manufactured with hydrocarbon blowing agents, which have no ozone depletion potential.
Our attic insulation removal services offer the extraction and disposal of damaged or unwanted insulation. Using commercial insulation removal equipment, we are able to remove the insulation safely and cleanly. Whether its cellulose, fiberglass, tested vermiculite or other insulation damaged from water, fire or rodents we can help. Schedule a FREE estimate today and meet with one of our professionals to see how we can help with your insulation removal project!
For the homeowner with exterior walls that are noticeably cold to the touch or are experiencing excessively high heating and cooling bills retrofit drill and fill is an ideal option. The drill-and-fill process is where small holes are strategically drilled into the wall (interior or exterior), between the wall studs. Loose fill insulation (cellulose or fiberglass) is then carefully blown into the empty wall cavities. On completion, the holes are patched and the wall finished. Overall, retrofit drill-and-fill is a project with excellent return on investment. With a professional install, and a high quality insulation product, the long-term utility savings and comfortability make the project well worthwhile. Schedule a FREE estimate today and meet with one of our professionals to see how we can help with your drill & fill project!
